Ok and can you get an unlocked white iphone of you’re still on your 2 year warranty for your old apple device? Like you take out your SIM card and place it in the new phone? Can I do that? And how much is the unlocked iphone 4 (white)

IPhones don’t.come unlocked, you have to actually do it yourself. And they don’t have SIM cards.

I’m from Europe and I want to buy an iPhone 4. I’m sure about buying it in USA (cheaper and better release date) and fortunately I’ll be in USA on vacation when iPhone 4 will be released.

But I have a problem: where to buy it? At AT&T for 299$ or at Apple store (or any reseller) for price about 799$ (But I’m not actually sure about this number). I’ve heard that AT&T can unblock your phone so you can have contract with AT&T european partners instead of having it with AT&T itself.
Also I’ve heard about cracking iPhone so it can be used with any sim card. However I don’t know much about it and I don’t know if it would be possible for new iOS. But I would prefer this option, and maybe I would be I able to crack it myself, as I already jailbroke my iTouch.

The 2 different prices r for on contract wit the 2 yr contract for 299 plus 50 plus tax. If u get it off contract which is full price u pay 799 plus tax

And iPhone 4 doesn’t hav a sim card so u can’t jailbreak it

I downloaded some podcasts directly to my iPhone with the itunes store app on the iPhone. I now want to delete these, however when I sync my iPhone with my computer they do not show up in itunes on my computer. How do I delete these?

Plug your iPhone into the computer and then on iTunes, click File >> Transfer purchases. This will copy them to your iTunes Library. From there use the Podcasts sync tab to choose the ones you want on the iPhone. If you do not want any, then choose the option that says Selected Podcasts and then keep all of them unchecked.

This will delete the ones from your iPhone. If you no longer want them, delete them from your iTunes library after you have done this.

Quick tutorial on how to remove App Store update badge notification numbers from your springboard on your jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch. This tutorial is different from others as it shows how you can do this from within your iPhone thus you do not need to use a computer to do it so can do this on the go. NOTE: Do NOT remove all of the integer as I do in the video because although it will still work as you see, you will not be able to open the plist file in iFile again (you just get this error i52.tinypic.com and would have to SSH from a computer to edit it). Any iphone that you purchase from the store now is going to have the new firmware. Your best bet is to buy and older one off ebay or craigslist. Im guessing you dont want the new firmware because you cant jailbreak it. I would go ahead and get a new one cause the new 4.0 update is coming out next month and there will be all kinds of jailbreaks coming out for that!

Since the iPhone 4s/5 launch is just around the corner I have a few questions.

1. I am an existing Telus subscriber so can I upgrade to a new telus iPhone at the apple sore?
2. Did Telus/Apple have preorders for the iPhone 4?

Phones sold directly by Apple are not locked and can be used with any carrier. I don’t believe there were any pre-orders for previous models.
