Question by : Apple iPhone 3GS Help! What are my options?
In August 2009 I purchased a brand new Apple iPhone 3GS in white the 16GB size. In June 2010 it broke and since it was under the one year warranty they replaced it with the same white 16GB iPhone 3GS. But now the ringer has stopped working and the vibrate wont turn on. Since im using more than 8GB they cant give me a new black iphone 3GS because it only comes in 8GB. and they dont have a white 16GB iPhone 3GS anymore so are they gonna give me a discount on a iPhone 4 or a free one?

I have many apple products, and I don’t have any issues with any of them. I would just like to contact apple about the new Iphone 4, to tell them positive feedback.
