   Yeah if you currently have the unlimited data plan and don’t want to switch to one of their new plans you don’t have to, you can stay with your unlimited data as long as you want but if you ever drop the data plan you can’t get the $ 29.99 for unlimited web anymore.

   I don’t know exactly how the AT&T stores work but if you already have an iphone and they want to charge you for putting your SIM into a new iphone, tell them to suck it and do it yourself then call up to customer service later and just make sure they have on your account that your on the new iphone and not your old one.

   You won’t need a new SIM card, and all they will do is give you either the $ 15 a month data plan or $ 25. If you currently have an unlimited data plan with AT&T you will get to keep it and they will just switch you over to iPhone data.

   I believe you can pre-order from the Apple/AT&T store on the 14th but I would recommend pre-ordering online because the stores are going to be packed, if you do it online you don’t have to wait in any lines.

   everything about your plan will be be on the sim card and you wont need a new sim card. just take the sim out of your old iphone and insert into your new iphone. I dont think that the contacts will be transfered over since they do not use a mobile back up like my company does which is tmobile. so any phone i put my sim card in will automatically load all my contacts. there might be a way that i dont know about, but you should talk to Apple about transfering all contacts.

   You will sign a new 2 year contract and pay the $ 18 upgrade fee. The whole preorder procedure has not been finalized at this time. There is speculation that you will be able to preorder it from Apple and pick it up at your local Apple store or preorder from AT&T and have it delivered to your home.
