How can i download music to my iPhone without upgrading iTunes?

Question by : How can i download music to my iPhone without upgrading iTunes?
My iTunes won’t allow me to download music to my iPhone because I need iTunes 8.2 or higher. The issue is that when I download a later version of iTunes that starts demanding a later version of Safari. The issue went on and on and I ended up losing my music! Thankfully, I managed to downgrade again and retrieve my music. Is there any way I can download music from my iTunes to my iPhone without upgrading?

u cant if apple says u have to get a update then u have to that the downside of an iphone

I want to get an iPhone 4g for my girlfriend for her birthday but am planning on canceling the ATT plan with an early termination fee.

How much will the cost of the phone, termination fee and activation fee cost?

$ 199/$ 299 – iPhone 4 (not iPhone 4G) (16GB/32GB)
$ 36 – Activation Fee
$ 54.99 – Voice & Data Plans
$ 325 – Early Termination Fee (you’ll have to wait 30 days to cancel the contract, because they will take the phone back beforehand)

There is a no contract option
$ 599/$ 699 – iPhone 4 (16GB/32GB)
$ 36 – Activation Fee
$ 54.99 – Voice & Data Plans

If you’re planning on putting it on another network make note that cancelling the contract doesn’t unlock it. You will still have to do that on your own.

I am having a software issue with my Iphone and apple reccomended that I completly restore my iphone as new. So i have synced all my contacts, photos and calenders on to my computer to save them. Is there a program you can use to save all your past text messages to your computer and then put them back onto your iphone?

I have been wanting to get an iphone for a while, but I don’t want to change networks. I am on verizon right now, and I have read that in Canada and Europe you can get your iphone and use it on any network your on. I was wondering if I ordered a iphone from say Canada and wanted to use in on verizon would I be able to do that? If I can’t is there anyway to get a iphone and be on my verizon network?

you would need to get a USB tethering app for the phone and for the PC
that, and the short length of the cabling, make this impractical

i would recommend just going out and buy a $ 30 usb to wifi adaptor for the PC, then you can use your iphone anywhere in range

if your eligible for a 2 year upgrade its $ 199 for the 16 gb and $ 299 for the 32gb…dont forget u have to get a data plan!!!

I am with tmobile and planning to buy an unlocked iphone and use it. But I heard that with some iphones you can’t use the internet with tmobile. Please answer if you have experience with this. Thank you!

It isnt that you cant use the internet with an iphone on tmo, its that you wont get 3g on it, you will be stuck on EDGE, which is slower. Doesnt matter which iphone…

For what its worth, there is a strong possibility that tmobile is getting the iphone 3gs early 2011, if that makes a difference to you.
